My Story

I received artificial insemination at the Tyler Medical Clinic in Westwood, California in February, 1982, using anonymous donor sperm. I never received a medical or family history regarding the donor. I would like to be able to provide that information to my daughter. That clinic no longer exists and I am having a lot of trouble tracking their records. If anyone can help me locate records from that time I would be extremely grateful.
