| Known Genetic Health History (or 'None') | I was conceived at KU Medical Center in 1973 to married parents. My mom was referred to Dr. William Cameron after my parents learned my dad was infertile. I was informed that donor sperm was used for my conception and that later my mom returned to obtain more in hopes of conceiving a second child. My mom would visit Dr. Cameron monthly and pay him $50 (which he would pocket) for a vile and she was told it was from a medical student who had traits of my dad. |
