P1-010 from the Canberra Fertility Centre (acquired from Macquarie Pathology 1988)

P1-010: I was a donor from around 1985/6, up until I turned 35 in 1989. No choice was offered regarding anonymity when I enrolled as a donor. Anonymity was imposed as a condition of enrollment. Around age 35 I was advised of a slight change on anonymity conditions and I was offered and filled a short form of “non-identifying” information which Canberra Fertility Centre will provide to offspring if asked. At that visit in 1988/9, I was advised of a birth of twins from my donating. I am comfortable with being contacted. Donations were through Macquarie Pathology. It is only a few days ago that I discovered my Donor code is P1-010 from the Canberra Fertility Centre.
