Doctors 10 years, 1 month agoI was conceived in August or September of 1986 in The Phoenix area in Arizona. My mothers dr was Dr. Jay S. Nemiro. A fresh vial of sperm was used.

After questioning my mother further, it may have not been a fresh vial of sperm.
