I was donor conceived via IUF. My mother says a fresh vial of sperm was used. Doctors 10 years, 9 months agoI was conceived in August or September of 1986 in The Phoenix area in Arizona. My mothers dr was Dr. Jay S. Nemiro. A fresh vial of sperm was used.
