You can Create a Member Group under the parent group, Donor ID’s by clicking on the Groups sub-tab on this page and the Create a Member Group. Let me know if you have questions.

Also if you have a Donor ID make sure you put that on your profile and ask the Admin to add it to the list if it doesn’t exist in the selections. Make a Donor ID group for your ID if you had one. If you were Anonymous, feel free to join the Anonymous group under Donor ID’s. Create a group for your clinic and doctor you worked with.
