Found out the actual name where I was conceived was the University of Chicago Hospitals and the Dr. was Dr. Burks in the fall of 1971. Anyone else out there?

My parents married young and the man I knew as my dad my whole life could not have children due to cancer treatments, so they used artificial insemination to have me.
