Currently seeking donor-conceived persons living in the USA who are willing to speak with their local state representatives about banning “donor anonymity” on the individual state level; since the federal government agency responsible for oversight of the fertility industry (US FDA) hasn’t responded to the citizen’s petition filed Sep 2016. We’ve already begun drafting a bill in IL so there is no need to recreate the wheel everywhere else; you just need to speak with your local representative, build rapport and be willing to represent the wishes of the donor-conceived community, provide general background information on this topic and enlighten lawmakers as to the intricacies of the proposed legislation.
